Filora - Document Factory

This Privacy Policy explains how Filora ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our document generation platform. By using Filora, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, including your name and email address. We also collect content you create within Filora — documents, sections, and spreadsheets — in order to provide the service. Usage data such as export history and feature usage is collected to improve the platform.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and improve Filora, send you service-related emails (account confirmations, export notifications), respond to support requests, and process payments. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL). Documents, sections, and spreadsheets are stored encrypted at rest. File exports are stored temporarily in Vercel Blob storage and may be purged after 30 days. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. You can review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication (session tokens), preference storage, and basic analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of Filora require them to function.

Third-Party Services

Filora uses the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and file storage), Stripe (payments), and Groq (AI features). Each of these services has its own privacy policy.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To request a data export or deletion, contact us at the address below or use the account deletion feature in Settings. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of Filora after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
