These Terms of Service govern your use of Filora and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Filora. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Filora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.
Use of the Service
Filora is a document generation platform. You may use the service to create, manage, and export documents for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the service to generate illegal content, spam, or content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. Filora is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all content you create using Filora. By using the service, you grant Filora a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service. Filora's platform, design, and codebase are owned by Filora and protected by copyright law.
Free and Paid Plans
Filora offers free and paid subscription plans. Free plan limits are subject to change. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Limitation of Liability
Filora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or business. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Filora operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
